say enough good things about
Pilot Educational Tours. On our most recent
sophomore class trip to Washington,
DC (our third trip with Pilot
Tours), one of our students
was injured. Our tour director,
Beverly, was wonderful! She
made arrangements for a cab
to take me, my husband, and
the injured student to Prince
George Hospital, and she went
with us! This was late on our
first night of the trip. Beverly
remained at the hosptial with
us, even though I tried to get
her to go back to the hotel
to get some sleep. She would
not abandon us! Fortunately,
the student had only a minor
injury, and we arrived back
at the hotel at 3 in the morning.
No one would have ever guessed
that Beverly had had so little
sleep! For our tours that day
she was energetic, enthusiastic,
and passionate about showing
us Washington, DC. I will never
use another tour company for
our annual Washington, DC trip."
